Random bumps on my scalp?

my boyfriend likes to twirl my hair while we watch tv, which is fine. but lately my scalp has really started to hurt and ive developed these random little bumps on my head? he isnt twirling anymore because my head hurts, [haha] but im wondering if there is any good shampoo out there that can help me ex-foliate my scalp?
