Whats to much cardio in one day?

I JUST DON'T WANT TO OVERDO IT.I DO CARDIO EVERYDAY.I TRY TO DO A HOUR IN THE MORNING AND A HOUR OF CARDIO AT NIGHT ON A GAZELLE GLIDER..I WEIGH 195 NOW,BUT ALOMOST 3 MTHS AGO I WEIGHED 225..I WANT TO UP WHAT I'M ALREADY DOING TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS, BUT WILL THAT BE TO MUCH...MY BODY IS SO SOFT AND FLABBY..I KNOW I NEED TO START TONING BUT CAN I START TONING AFTER I GET DOWN TO MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 150?
