How to record video on the Wii?

Ight, so, all I have is a webcam and a HD camcorder. The only bad thing about that is, my webcam lags and my camcorder has to have a special tripod that I cant afford. Are there any ways to record Wii gameplay from Call of Duty: Black Ops without spending money in my case? Thanks, any websites telling me how to do so will be appreciated. Or if you guys can tell me :).
