I'm 45 and wanting to get pregnant?

I'll be 45 in June. We currently have a 2 1/2 year old and I wish we hadn't waited so long. Would I be crazy to try for another. I know there are risks but when we went for fertility for our last baby the doctor commented on how many follicles I still had and how healthy my eggs were acting. We have a strong committed marriage, large extended family and I'm able to stay home to raise my babies. I think this all goes towards me wanting another but a part of me says I'm crazy.
