Can any one tell me how I can find the name of the original owner of my home built in 1972?

Ive searched all accessable records for my county. It's very important I find the name, all I know is the owner was an Italian immigrant. I belive their is a spirit residing in my home and I would like to figure out if I can pinpoint the same name I am reiciving with the original owners wife or relative. I know this sounds crazy but I dont know how else to go about my research.
