Why are there cles taking place in the summer at Harvard?

i was takin the subway and like there were a bunch of kids sittin and talkin about their cles and i was like whoa i didnt know they have cles in the summer too. and these kids didnt even seem that smart to be goin to harvard anyway. i dunno
