Tomb raider underworld, how do i close the second migard serpant head?

i have tr8 for xbox360. So far im at the level where your in the midgard serpant room. Ive closed the first serpant head, but now im stuck at the second like before i've tried closing it with lara's weight but nothing happens she just hangs there. Somebody please help me!!!!
