My dad deactivated my phone with at&t. will he get an email if or smtn if i turn it back on?

My dad recently restricted my iphone because "i txt too much." i registered my number with at&t and made an account. i kno how to reinstate my service but i dont kno if my dad will find out. will he get lik an email or smtn saying its been turned back on?
