Looking for a White, Snowy Xmas..?

I'm based in London looking for somewhere north but nearby (Iceland etc is fine) for me and my boyfriend to spend a nice countryside traditional xmas... snow, fireplace, choir singers, xmas dinners, the works... any advice?? If not then any other recommendations for a fun and relaxing xmas will do fine. =) Trying to book asap.. speedy replies appreciated!!!
