Lincoln wheat penny error?

Hi guys I have a question about a coin I have its a lincoln 1916 D wheat penny with the numbers 150 imprinted vertically starting from the top of the coin to the bottom and to the left of lincoln's head. My question is, is it an error? If so what kind? if not is it post mintage damage?
