How much should I charge for my Nintendo Wii?

I got a Wii for christmas this past year, and have barely used it. I bought 5 games, but didn't like them very much. I'm selling it to a friend, but I have no idea how much to charge. It's in perfect condition. The games are: Mario Kart Wii, Klonoa, Resident Evil 4, Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz, and House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return. The Mario Kart has the wii wheel. I only have one Wii-mote/nunchuck. None of the games are scratched. Any idea on what a fair price is? She suggested 150, but I thought that sounded kinda low?
