I want to return an item which i bought from hongkong through ebay..everything is fine but problem is that?

some courier services were not willing to post saying as it is an electronic item, then i went to Blue dart DHL, they told OK but they are charging 4200 bucks which is a bit more and that too without insurance. I just want to know arent there any International courier services in chennai with reasonable price like within hundreds. I dont need an express service, I need a service which ensures that the item is reached safely and delivery duration not an issue. Thanks
