I've got a normal sized but and I want to know what excercises will help me get a flat but, so I can sag my pants low and have it all packed in so I can get the image I want. I need it for performing and dancing as well...so all of u saying "YOU DONT WANT A FLAT NO ONE WANTS A FLAT " I guess im "no one" cuz I WANT A FLAT i used to have one but I ate a lot for three years cuz of depression and now I want my back...girls always commented on my pix and thot my was y flat...I WANT IT BACK GUYS :P how do i get it back (i know i have to eat better, excercise) but WHAT excercises will get it flat?
